Event Volunteers – Several opportunities exist throughout the year to volunteer for a day or a few hours in support of a Comboni Event. Annual Events include:
Christmas Crib Display ~ open to the public for a two week period in December each year. Volunteers are needed to bake goodies, serve as evening host or work in the Auxiliary Boutique. Volunteer
Comboni Rhythms ~ Irish Festival featuring local Irish entertainment groups, silent auction, mini-festival in support of Comboni ministries. Volunteer serve as host, cooks, booth workers, setup etc. Volunteer

MONROE, MI ~ Comboni Missionary Ladies Auxiliary
In November of 1952, the first meeting was held of this group to form support of the various activities of the Comboni Missionaries. First was help given the running of the Comboni seminary and fundraising for the Church’s missions. Through pancake breakfasts, bazaars, candy sales, turkey dinners… The Ladies Auxiliary continue through various activities to fundraise and especially praying for the mission’s efforts. Regular gatherings include prayer of the Missionary Rosary. During summer, visiting missionaries are welcome
Within the Auxiliary, we are there to help one another and to pray for each other. A newsletter keeps people updated on on projects and special events; there is always a section of letters from missionaries. All are welcome to join us!
